An opportunity for children aged 8 - 15 to learn about reiki and become attuned to the level 1 reiki energy.
FEE: $100+gst/child+parent duo*
* Parents will not be attuned to the Reiki Energy. Parents are not required to attend but are welcome to stay if their child desires.

Introduction to Reiki & Question Period Open Sacred Circle – doorway symbol Grounding Exercises – red roots, tree, sponge Attunement to Reiki Level 1 Reiki Energy Circle Passing Energy Games Centering Exercises – breathing through the heart, navel Break for lunch - POT LUCK Self-Reiki Practice Shielding Exercises – pink eggshell, crystal castle Sharing Reiki Practice / Reiki Share Self-Cleansing & Release - kenyoku Close Reiki Circle - doorway symbol Children prefer to learn with friends! I leave it up to the parents to find at least 1 friend who would like to learn with their child. Class is restricted to 4 child/parent duos. Classes run on weekends and are booked upon request. |
